The Atlantic Council invites you to participate in the region’s premier Summit, led by the Atlantic Council’s Turkey Program, in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

This three-day Summit offers a unique opportunity for global leaders to connect, collaborate, and lead.

Conference audience

Taking place in Istanbul—the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East—the Summit will bring together ministers, institutional investors, global business leaders, and project developers from across the Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia, North Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

As the world is at an inflection point, leaders will discuss energy security, the energy transition, critical minerals, supply chains, connectivity, and the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects. We envision the Summit as a high-level platform to advance critical geostrategic and business goals. 

The Summit is designed to deliver concrete commercial outcomes and translate shared priorities into actionable investment opportunities in the areas of energy abundance, civil nuclear technology, critical mineral cooperation and more.
