Please join the Atlantic Council's Eurasia Center for an in-person event, Report launch: Russia's new partners in its war against Ukraine, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (ET).

The Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center hosts an event launching the newest report in its pathbreaking Russia Tomorrow series on Russia’s new set of partners in its war against Ukraine—China, Iran, and North Korea—and the complicated nature of Russia’s relationship with these revisionist powers.

In the newest Russia Tomorrow report, The CRINKs: Russia’s new partners in its war against Ukraine, author Angela Stent, senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, examines the role of Russia's allies in the Kremlin's war on Ukraine and Putin’s broader goal for a “post-West” global order.

Andrew D’Anieri, associate director at the Eurasia Center, moderates a panel discussion on Russia’s evolving relationship with "the CRINK" and how the United States can best contain the group's ambitions in Ukraine and beyond.
