The plan to commit genocide was adopted by the Netanyahu Cabinet on the 13th of October 2023.
It was called the “Voluntary Emigration Plan” by Israel’s Minister of Intelligence Gilial Gamliel Demri
The formal name of the so-called Secret Memorandum was not “Voluntary Emigration,” quite the opposite.
It was entitled by the Ministry of Intelligence:
“Israeli Intelligence Ministry Policy Paper (IIMPP) on Gaza’s Civilian Population,” October 2023.
Under Option C of the IIMPP Memorandum, the stated objective was:
Of significance, the IIMPP Memorandum was made public in late October 2023 following its endorsement by the Netanyahu government.
It was totally ignored by the mainstream media. It was also ignored by the United Nations and the International Court of Justice.
