Blinken met today with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer in London. Secretary Blinken and Prime Minister Starmer underscored the fundamental importance of the Special Relationship in addressing the most pressing global challenges. The two discussed the importance of enduring support for Ukraine and our sustained efforts in countering the Kremlin’s brutal war of aggression. They also discussed the need to finalize a ceasefire deal in Gaza that brings the hostages home, increases the flow of humanitarian assistance into Gaza, and brings an end to the war. |
