President Donald Trump departed the United Arab Emirates on Friday, wrapping up a four-day Middle East trip that focused heavily on striking business deals and seeking to lure investments in the United States. As recently as Thursday, Trump floated heading to Turkey to participate in peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, but that did not materialize. Trump said Friday that he wants to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin “as soon as we can set it up.” Trump’s final tour day included a business roundtable in Abu Dhabi and a visit to the Abrahamic Family House — a cultural site symbolizing peace and cooperation that includes a church, a mosque and a synagogue.
