Supreme Court refuses to delay Trump’s hush money sentencing in New York on Friday
The trial judge has said his sentence will not include jail time or probation for Donald Trump's felony conviction on charges of falsifying business records related to a hush money payment. The sentencing hearing will be the final step in Trump being formally classified as a felon.
