According to the group, the hospital had been ordered to evacuate by Israel under threat of bombardment, and it was a bomb dropped by an Israeli plane that caused the tragedy.   Bodies of civilians pile up outside hospital as blame game threatens stability in the Middle East   The bombing of the Anglican-run Al-Ahli Arab hospital is feared to have killed more than 200 civilians. In shaky video footage filmed from inside, fires can be seen raging amid scenes of hellish devastation.
