Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly today.  Secretary Blinken reiterated the urgent need for the United States and Canada to reach agreement on a modernized Columbia River Treaty.  Secretary Blinken and Minister Joly also discussed joint support for Ukraine, preventing an escalation of the crisis in the Middle East, and the deployment of the Kenyan-led Multinational Security Support mission to Haiti
