NATO Secretary General to visit the United States of America On 14-15 July 2025, the NATO Secretary General, Mr. Mark Rutte, will visit Washington D.C. The Secretary General will meet with the President of the United States, Mr. Donald J. Trump, the Secretary of State, Mr. Marco Rubio, and the Secretary of Defense, Mr. Pete Hegseth, as well as Members of Congress.
